2. OUR PRODUCTS
We specialise in curated bridesmaid dresses, many of which are pre-loved or new with tags. Each item is described accurately in its listing, including size, condition, and brand.
We make every effort to ensure our product photography and descriptions are accurate, but colours may appear differently depending on your device or settings.
All product descriptions, availability and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at our discretion.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Staisled® reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and payment has been received.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy & Shipping Policy. Please review carefully before placing your order.
You represent that your purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.
4. PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, promotions and discounts are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price shown at checkout at the time of your order.
Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude shipping charges and applicable taxes.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within the UK only. Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Staisled® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services (including images, branding, text, and design) is owned by Staisled® or our licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material without our prior written permission. The name Staisled® and our logos are registered trademarks and may not be used without consent.

8. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Staisled® is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and transactions are between you and Staisled®. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases, and by using the Services you release Shopify from any liability relating to such transactions.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Some personal information is processed by Shopify in order to deliver our Services. Please review both policies for full details.
