Refund policy
We hope you love your Staisled dress. However, if you’d like to return an item, here’s how it works:
How to request a return
- Please email us at hello@staisled.co.uk within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
- We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Conditions
- Dresses must be returned in the same condition they were sold, unworn (other than to try on), and free from marks, scents, or alterations.
- If a dress was sold as new with tags, those tags must still be intact.
- Please return items in their original packaging where possible.
Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Delivery charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another dress, please place a new order once your return has been processed.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
