We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail tracked services.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

• Standard UK Delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.95
• Express UK Delivery — Royal Mail Tracked 24: £6.95

Delivery times are Royal Mail's delivery aims and begin once your order has been dispatched.

DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days of purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.

DELIVERY

Please make sure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us at hello@staisled.co.uk as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.

If your parcel is delayed or you experience an issue with delivery, please get in touch and we'll help investigate it with Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently only ship within the UK and are unable to offer international delivery.

RETURNS

We offer free UK returns. If your dress isn't quite right, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll provide a free tracked return label.
