Every Staisled dress has had a life before it reaches us. Some arrive brand new with tags, some are unworn without tags, and many have been worn and loved before.
We carefully check every dress before it is listed, so you know exactly what you’re buying. Pre-loved doesn’t always mean perfect, but it should never mean surprises.

If a dress needs professional cleaning, we’ll arrange it. If it arrives with us freshly cleaned and ready to wear, we won’t clean it unnecessarily.
